This Privacy Policy describes how FOI Studios collects, processes, and shares personal information of visitors to foiphoto.com, foi.one and foiverse.com. It helps build trust and keeps us compliant with IT Act 2000, DPDPA 2023 and applicable laws. You are solely responsible for legality of your use. We are the Data Controller.

1. What Personal Information We Collect

a) Visitor Data: Name, email, mobile, Instagram handle, IP address, device, browser, pages visited, time spent on foi.one.

b) Model Verification Data [Highly Sensitive]: As per our official MODEL CONSENT LETTER, we collect: Full Name, Father's/Mother's Name, Mobile No., Date of Birth, Age, Address, Government ID Type & No. [Aadhaar / PAN / Voter], and self-declaration that you are 18+ and participating voluntarily without coercion. This is collected ONLY for age verification 18+ and legal consent proof.

c) Payment Data: Transaction ID, amount, method, KMC receipt No. E/05/2026/2027342 reference. We do NOT store card/UPI full numbers. Payments via secure gateway.

d) Cookies: We use cookies to analyze traffic and optimize experience. You can disable in browser settings.

2. How We Collect
Directly from you via forms on /pose-for-foi, /work-with-us, foi.fashionindia@gmail.com, membership checkout on foi.one, and in-person ID verification at studio.

3. How We Process & Use

• To verify you are 18+ with Government ID as required by law
• To execute Model Consent Letter and Image Release
• To deliver foi.one membership — 1800+ collections, 400+ models, 40TB+ BTS, zines, music
• To plan, shoot and promote lingerie brand campaigns like Sinderella & Snowra
• To send project updates, membership benefits, and legal notices
• To comply with KMC Trade License, Profession Tax, and Udyam MSME compliance

We never sell your personal data. ID proofs are never published.

4. How We Share
We share only with:

• Payment gateway for processing
• Google Drive / Secure server for membership delivery [access-controlled]
• Legal authorities under Kolkata South Range, KMC Licence Dept, if legally required
• Our Dedicated Cyber Team for copyright enforcement

5. Data Retention & Security
ID verification records retained for 5 years for legal proof as per Model Consent Letter. Membership data retained till deletion request. Data stored encrypted with access limited to Proprietor Sourish Mukherjee only. Studio has restricted entry.

6. DEDICATED CYBER TEAM — Copyright, Content Removal & Fraud Protection

FOI Studios has a dedicated cyber team for copyright protection, content removal and protection from fraud, leak and misuse.

All photos, videos, BTS films, music tracks from FOI Music, set designs and zines are original works of FOI STUDIOS and copyright remains with us as per Model Consent Letter.

We take SERIOUS LEGAL ACTION against:

• Use of our content without written permission
• Leak, piracy, re-upload, Telegram / social media leak of foi.one membership content
• Scam / Fake profiles using FOI name, model images or brand name
• Misuse of model images, deepfake, AI training without permission

Actions we take: Immediate DMCA takedown, Cease & Desist notice, Content removal via platform abuse team, Police Cyber Crime complaint under Copyright Act 1957 & IT Act 2000, and Civil/Criminal prosecution. Our cyber team monitors web 24/7 for leaks and fraud.

To report leak / scam / misuse: Email foi.fashionindia@gmail.com with subject "COPYRIGHT ABUSE / LEAK REPORT" with URLs and screenshots. We act within 24-48 hours.

7. Your Rights
Under DPDPA 2023, you have right to access, correct, delete your data. Email foi.fashionindia@gmail.com with subject "Privacy Request". Models can request correction of personal details, but approved published content removal is governed by separate Image Release.

8. Children's Privacy
We do not allow anyone below 18 to apply, pose, or purchase. If we find underage data, we delete immediately.
